I started my first projects at the age of 22; by 1980 I had bought and sold more real estate than most real estate brokers do for their clients in a lifetime. At that time I became a real estate broker. Over the years I have designed and built hundreds of projects, including luxurious homes, condominiums, office and retail buildings both in Connecticut and Florida. In Mexico, I designed, built, manage and maintain a luxury 5 star villa in Cancun which is now for sale. My newest project, St. George  Boutique Hotel and Spas, is a new concept in luxury hospitality hotels with several to be doted throughout the Delray Beach, Florida downtown area.
